Ordering Information
Mail Orders Please use your standard purchase order form when ordering by mail. Be certain to include your name, phone number, JAMMAR catalog item numbers, descriptions, quantities and unit prices as well as sizes whenever applicable. Please sign your order before mailing it.

Custom Orders
Dealer accepts responsibility to measure and provide written explanations which must accompany all custom orders. Custom orders are not returnable. We cannot process an order without clear and precise information on type, number of, and location of knots on climbing rope orders.

Ship to Addresses
Any expenses incurred from inaccurate address charges will be billed to dealer.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations after 24 hours may necessitate restocking and/or shipping fees.

Minimum Orders
Minimum order is $20.00. If your net order is under $20.00 please add a $5.00 service charge.
Please Note Your order will be bulk packed whenever possible to save us and you additional and unnecessary shipping and handling expenses.

Terms
Payment terms are NET 30 with credit approval. We accept Visa and Master Card payments.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to honor published catalog prices. We will notify established dealers 60 days prior any pending price changes.

Shipping Charges
Freight All shipments are FOB, CT. We ship almost exclusively UPS ground, UPS air and UPS hundredweight service and simply prepay and add charges to your invoice. We will honor to our best ability other arrangements such as freight collect and/or 3rd party billing when properly notified. Please call for any motor freight requests.
Inspect Your Shipment When you receive your shipment, inspect the carton before signing the delivery receipt. Open cartons immediately, check contents against packing list and examine merchandise for damage. Keep all receipts, cartons and packing materials. Make sure all safety, installation and use documentation is given to the proper person.

Return Goods
Jammar Mfg. Will accept authorized return of all standard products within 90 days of shipment. Contact our customer service department. You will be given a return authorization number and the merchandise-return address. All return shipments must be freight prepaid and the RA number must appear on all packages and paperwork. Return authorization will only be given for items shipped within 1 year.

Restocking Charge
A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns, which covers handling, processing, inspection, and repackaging. Custom orders which include special sizes and/or items where knots have been added cannot be returned for credit. We can quote a salvage price where possible if requested. Ropes under 18 feet cannot be returned.
